Tamil Nadu’s A. Syed Nadeem Becomes Continental Judge

Tamil Nadu archery official Mr. A. Syed Nadeem has been accredited as a Continental Judge by World Archery Asia (WAA), marking a proud moment for the Indian archery community.

Mr. Nadeem has served as a National Judge with the Archery Association of India (AAI) and has officiated in several national tournaments with distinction. With this recognition, he is now eligible to officiate in prestigious events such as the Asian Games, Asian Archery Championships, and Olympic Qualification Tournaments.

“This recognition is not just a personal achievement, but also a reflection of the support and encouragement I have received from the Indian archery fraternity,” said Mr. Nadeem. “I look forward to representing our country at the continental level with integrity and commitment.”

His achievement highlights India’s growing stature in international archery officiating and is expected to inspire more Indian judges and technical officials to aim higher.

World Archery Asia is the governing body for the sport of archery in Asia, overseeing championships, rankings, and the accreditation of judges across the continent.
